ORDER: On December 14, 2021, Plaintiff filed an Application for Entry of Default in this case in Justice Court. (Doc. #2 .) That same day, the Justice Court issued a Notice of Dismissal for Lack of Service because the United States had not been served. (Id.) On January 24, 2022, this case was removed to this Court. (Doc. #1 .) And, on January 31, 2022, the Defendant filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. (Doc. #5 .)
