ORDER (Service Packet) granting #6 Motion to Correct Clerical Error. The Clerk shall update the docket to reflect that Plaintiff's correct prison identification number is "067784." Count Four is dismissed without prejudice. Defendant Shinn is dismissed without prejudice. Defendants Thomas, Stewart, and Centurion must answer Counts One, Two, Three, and Five of the Complaint. The Clerk shall send Plaintiff a service packet including the Complaint (Doc. #1 ), this Order, and both summons and request for waiver forms for Defendants Thomas, Stewart, and Centurion. Plaintiff must complete and return the service packet to the Clerk of Court within 21 days of the date of filing of this Order. This matter is referred to Magistrate Judge Eileen S.
