ORDER: Before the Court is a Joint Stipulation to Consolidate Cases (Doc. #11 ), in which the parties seek to consolidate this matter with several others they say address virtually the same allegations. LRCiv 42.1 states that if a party moving to consolidate a case is a party in more than one of the affected cases, "the movant must file the motion in the case with the lowest case number in which the movant is a party." Here, that case appears to be Johnson v. Yuma Reg'l Med. Ctr., 2:22-cv-01061-SMB. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED denying without prejudice the Joint Stipulation to Consolidate Cases (Doc. #11 ).
