ORDER: Granting in part and denying in part #8 Motion. The motion is granted as to Plaintiff's request for 30-day extension of time to file an amended complaint and denied as to his other requests. Plaintiff has 30 days from the date of this Order to submit a First Amended Complaint in compliance with the Court's 9/2/2022 Order and this Order. Failure to comply will result in the Clerk entering a judgment of dismissal in this action, with prejudice, that states that the dismissal may count as a strike under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g), and without further notice to Plaintiff, and deny any pending unrelated motions as moot.
