ORDER: Plaintiff having failed to show cause for why the injunction proposed in the Court's 10/7/2022 Order should not be imposed (Doc. #4 ), the Injunction described in that Order is entered as set forth herein. If Plaintiff attempts to file any new action in this Court after the date of this Order, he must include therewith a Motion for Leave to File and attach to it the complaint or petition he wishes to file. If Plaintiff does not include a "Motion for Leave to File" with any new action he submits, the Court will not consider the filing, and the action will be summarily dismissed for failure to comply with this Order. ORDER and ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: Plaintiff "Casey Fletcher" is dismissed from this action. The Complaint (Doc. #1 ) and this action are dismissed for failure to state a claim, and the Clerk of Court must enter judgment accordingly. The Clerk of Court must make an entry on the docket stating that the dismissal for failure to state a claim may count as a "strike" under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). The docket shall reflect that the Court, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) and Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure 24(a)(3)(A), has considered whether an appeal of this decision would be taken in good faith and certifies that an appeal would not be taken in good faith for the reasons stated in the Order and because there is no arguable factual or legal basis for an appeal. Within 30 DAYS of the date this order is filed, Plaintiff must SHOW CAUSE, in writing, why the injunction proposed in this Order should not be imposed. Plaintiff's response to this Order must be limited to this issue. If Plaintiff fails to timely respond to this Order, or fails to persuade the Court that the proposed injunction should not be entered, the Court will issue an injunction with the terms set forth in this Order.
