Upon entry of this Decree, Defendants and any and all Associated Persons, who have received actual notice of this Decree by personal service or otherwise, are permanently restrained and enjoined from directly or indirectly manufacturing, distributing, selling,and/or offering for sale any new tobacco product at or from Defendants' Facilities as discussed herein. Except as provided in the foregoing provisions of this Decree, the parties shall bear their own costs and attorneys' fees in this action. This Court retains jurisdiction over this action and the parties thereto for the purpose of enforcing and modifying this Decree and for the purpose of granting such additional relief as may be necessary or appropriate.
