IT IS FURTHER ORDERED Plaintiff Zing Manufacturing, LLC is compelled to submit the claims raised in the Complaint, as well as any other related claims, to arbitration in accordance with the parties Mutual Agreement to Arbitrate Claims. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED staying these proceedings to September 8, 2023, or until arbitration is complete whichever is sooner.
