Plaintiff's March 22, 2023 Document (Doc. #5 ) is granted in part; Plaintiff is granted a 60-day (rather than 90-day) extension of time to file a first amended complaint and either pay the filing and administrative fees or file an Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis. Plaintiff has 60 days from the date this Order is filed to file a first amended complaint in compliance with the March 13, 2023 Order and this Order. If Plaintiff fails to file an amended complaint within 60 days, the Clerk shall, without further notice, enter a judgment of dismissal of this action without prejudice and deny any pending unrelated motions as moot. Within 60 days of the date this Order is filed, Plaintiff must either pay the $350.00 filing fee and $52.00 administrative fee or file a complete Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis and a certified six-month trust account statement (or institutional equivalent).
