Regarding the Motion to Compel regarding the Con App deposition, the Court will not impose temporal limitations on Con App's testimony about its use of PJD information. Further, the Court will not order said deposition to be held in Arizona. Finally, the Court will temporarily refrain from re-transferring this action to the District Court for the District of Columbia, just in case any disputes arise over the scope of this order. LATER: This case having been converted to a civil case, all future filings shall be filed in CV 23-00637-PHX-DWL and shall bear this case caption.
