ORDER - Plaintiff Bezos Investments Express Trust shall retain a lawyer, appropriately licensed to practice law in Arizona and admitted to practice in this District Court, who shall file a Notice of Appearance on or before 6/12/23. Anthony Leo Montez will also have until 6/12/23, to either retain counsel who shall file a Notice of Appearance on his behalf or Anthony Leo Montez shall file a Notice to the Court that he intends to proceed pro per. If Plaintiff Bezos Investments Express Trust fails to comply with this Order, sanctions may be imposed for failing to comply with the Court's orders, including dismissal of Plaintiff's Complaint. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED denying the Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs (Doc. #2 ) because the Application was filed on behalf of Bezos Investments Express Trust by Anthony Leo Montez who is not an attorney licensed to practice law in Arizona and admitted to practice in this District Court.
