ORDER (Service Packet) - Plaintiff's Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis (Doc. #2 ) is granted. As required by the accompanying Order to the appropriate government agency, Plaintiff must pay the $350.00 filing fee and is assessed an initial partial filing fee of $6.50. The portions of Count One that assert claims against Defendants Google, Discord, and DropBox and the claim under the Arizona Constitution, and Counts Two through Six are dismissed without prejudice. Defendants Maricopa County, Maricopa County Attorney, City of Chandler, Chandler Police Department, Valenti, Beecher, Hansen, Homan, O'Berry, O'Neill, Pitts, Ploense, Strasser, Brian Wagner, Discord, DropBox, and Google are dismissed without prejudice. The Clerk of Court must send Plaintiff a service packet including the Complaint (Doc. #1 ), this Order, and both summons and request for waiver forms for Defendants Flores and Etheridge. Plaintiff must complete and return the service packet to the Clerk of Court within 21 days of the date of filing of this Order. Defendants Flores and Etheridge must not answer the Complaint until further order of the Court. Within 60 days after service or waiver of service, Defendants Flores and Etheridge must file and serve a brief. Within 30 days after service of the brief, Plaintiff must file and serve a responsive brief.
