| Filing 15 DEFAULT JUDGMENT - Plaintiff is awarded judgment against the Defendants Tru Realty LLC and Sarah Richardson and John Doe Richardson (a married couple), collectively, individually, jointly, and severally, as follows: A. For trebled award of Plaintiff's unpaid wages of $15,000 in the amount of $45,000 for which Defendant Tru Realty LLC shall be liable; B. Of that $45,000, for Defendants Tru Realty LLC and Sarah Richardson and John Doe Richardson to be jointly and severally liable for the amount of $23,505.50 in unpaid, trebled minimum wages; C. For a doubled award of Plaintiff's unpaid overtime wages in the amount of $1,666.80 for which Defendants Tru Realty LLC and Sarah Richardson and John Doe Richardson shall be jointly and severally liable D. For Plaintiff's attorneys' fees and costs, a motion for attorneys' fees and costs will be filed pursuant to LRCiv 54.2; E. For prejudgment interest at the applicable statutory rate; F. For post judgment interest on the above amounts at a rate of 5.34% per annum as of August 25, 2023; G. For Plaintiff's attorneys' fees and costs incurred in enforcing this judgment.
