Filing 9 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: Plaintiffs' Motion for Order to Show Cause (Doc. #7 ) is granted. GlassBiller LLC, and each of them, shall appear on 11/7/2023 at 2:30 p.m., before Chief Judge G. Murray Snow, Courtroom 602, Sandra Day O'Connor U. S. Courthouse, 401 West Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ 85003, and show cause, if any they have, why the Court should not grant Plaintiffs the relief requested in their Motion for Order to Show Cause and award Plaintiffs their attorneys' fees and legal costs incurred in advancing this issue. GlassBiller LLC, and each of them, may file a response accompanied by one or more affidavits, attesting to facts relevant to the Motion, to be filed not later than 10/31/2023. Plaintiff shall file notice of proof of service of this Order and Plaintiffs' Motion for Order to Show Cause (Doc. #7 ) upon GlassBiller LLC, no later than 10/17/2023.
