ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE that the respondent, Michael Pinder, appear before the Honorable Susan M. Brnovich in the Sandra Day O'Connor United States Courthouse, located at 401 West Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85003, 5th Floor, Courtroom 506, on 11/13/2023 at 10:00 a.m. (45 minutes allowed) to show cause why he should not be compelled to obey and comply with the Civil Investigative Demand served upon him.
