The decision of the Commissioner of Social Security is reversed, and this case is remanded to the Social Security Administration for further proceedings consistent with the Order. (EJA) |

On remand, the Commissioner will offer Plaintiff the opportunity for a hearing, further develop the record as necessary, and issue a new decision.
