ORDER: Plaintiff's Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis (Doc. #2 ) is granted. Plaintiff's Emergency Motion for Injunctive Relief (Doc. #6 ) is denied without prejudice. Counts Four and Five are dismissed without prejudice. Defendant Rockers, Densmore, Morrow, Blum, Ortega, Trombatore, Flores, Awana, Leon, and Farrell must answer Count One. Defendants Rockers, Morrow, Flores, and Ortega must answer Count Two. Defendant Morrow and Farrell must answer Count Three. The Clerk of Court must send Plaintiff this Order, and a copy of the Marshal's Process Receipt & Return form (USM-285) and Notice of Lawsuit & Request for Waiver of Service of Summons form for Defendants Densmore, Morrow, Blum, Ortega, Trombatore, Flores, Awana, Leon, and Farrell.
