ORDER denying Plaintiff's motion for sanctions (Doc. 55 ). FURTHER ORDERED granting Defendants' motion to compel (Doc. 67 ). Dr. Marder shall prepare and deliver a report in full compliance with Rule 26 of the Federal Rules of Civil Proce dure no later than 5:00 p.m. on September 20, 2013. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED amending the Court's scheduling order of October 3, 2012 (Doc. 24), as follows: the deadline for completion of discovery, including expert depositions, is January 31, 2014 . The trial date of December 17, 2013 is vacated, and a new trial date will be set at the final pretrial conference. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the plaintiffs shall file an amended complaint properly stating a jurisdictional basis for this action no later than May 21, 2012.
