(b) Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment Based on Plaintiff's Failure to Administratively Exhaust his Claims is deni ed. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Defendants shall file a motion requesting that the Court set an evidentiary hearing as to exhaustion or a motion to withdraw their request to dismiss this case on exhaustion grounds.
