Filing 22 ORDER granting Defendants' 16 motion for judgment on the pleadings is GRANTED as follows: The Clerk shall enter judgment in favor of Defendants and against Plaintiff on Plaintiff's § 1983 claim predicated on alleged violations of IDEA, Title II of the ADA, and § 504 of the Rehabilitation Act; The Clerk shall dismiss without prejudice Plaintiff's § 1983 claim predicated on alleged violations of the Fourteenth Amendment.
