ORDER: IT IS ORDERED granting in part and denying in part Plaintiffs' Motion For Leave To File An Amended Complaint and Join Parties To Action. (Doc. 44 ). Plaintiffs' Motion is granted as to adding Markel Corp. and Markel Service as de fendants. The Motion is denied as to adding the Wests as plaintiffs. Plaintiffs shall file the proposed amended complaint no later than July 8, 2019 without adding the Wests. Plaintiffs may file a second motion for leave to file a second amended complaint if they believe they can cure the deficiencies with respect to the Wests.
