ORDER (Service Packet): Pursuant to the Court's screening function under 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B), Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint #13 may be served. Plaintiff's Motion for Order of Service #14 is granted. The Clerk of Court is directed to issue a summons as to Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint #13 for Defendants High Mountain Health, LLC; Aspen Management, LLC; High River Consulting, LLC; David Stilley; Katherine Spillman; Steven Thompson and forward the summonses to Plaintiff along with a blank U.S. Marshal Form 285 for each Defendant. Within 21 days of the date of filing of this Order, Plaintiff must complete the USM Form 285s as completely and accurately as possible, including providing an address where each Defendant may be found and/or subject to service pursuant to Rule 4, and return to the Clerk of Court.
