Plaintiff's #11 August 22, 2019 Written Pleading is denied. Defendants Yavapai County Detention Services, Samson, Mascher, Wagner, Wexford, Wilkinson, Brandy, Keefe Commissary, Access SecurePak, Romine, State of Arizona, Sinn, Dowell, Fradette, Cottonwood Police Department, Wolfinger, Yavapai County Prosecutors Office, Willison, and Yavapai County Public Defender's Officer are dismissed without prejudice. Defendant Holdsworth must answer Count One of the Complaint; Defendant Ann Marie must answer Count Eleven. The Clerk of Court must send Plaintiff a service packet including the #1 Complaint, this Order, and both summons and request for waiver forms for Defendants Holdsworth and Ann Marie. Plaintiff must complete and return the service packet to the Clerk of Court within 21 days of the date of filing of this Order. This matter is referred to Magistrate Judge Camille D.
