Filing 10 ORDER - Petitioner's Motion to Clarify and Amend Original Motion for Appointment of Counsel (Doc. #7 ) is construed as a motion for reconsideration of the Court's denial of Petitioner's Motion for Appointment of Counsel. So construed, the Motion is denied. Petitioner's Omnibus Motion (Doc. #8 ) is granted to the extent that the Court will vacate the portion of the May 19, 2020 Order directing Petitioner to pay the filing fee or file an Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis. The Motion is granted as to Petitioner's request for an extension of time to file an amended petition. In all other respects, the Motion is denied. Petitioner has 30 days from the filing date of this Order to file an amended petition in compliance with the May 19, 2020 Order. If Petitioner fails to comply, the Clerk of Court must enter a judgment of dismissal without prejudice and without further notice to Petitioner and deny any pending unrelated motions as moot.
