MINUTE ENTRY for proceedings held before Judge Steven P Logan: Preliminary Injunction Hearing held on 9/21/2022. This is the time set for a hearing on Plaintiff Karen McGhee's Motion for Preliminary Injunction. (Doc. #4 ). Plaintiff has failed to appear. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65(b)(3), due to Plaintiff's failure to appear, the Court must dissolve the temporary restraining order issued on September 8, 2022 (Doc. #10 ). Further, pursuant to Local Rule of Civil Procedure 7.2(i), the Court deems Plaintiff's failure to appear as consent to denying the Motion for Preliminary Injunction. Thus, Plaintiff's Motion for Preliminary Injunction (Doc. #4 ) is denied and Defendants' Motion to Quash the Temporary Restraining Order (Doc. #18 ) is granted. It is so ordered.
