Service Order (2255): The Clerk of Court must electronically serve a copy of the 2255 Motion (Doc. #1 in CV 23-08040-PCT-DWL(CDB)) and this Order on the United States Attorney for the District of Arizona. The parties and the Clerk of Court must file all documents related to the 2255 Motion in the civil case. The United States Attorney for the District of Arizona or his designee has 60 days from the date of service within which to answer the 2255 Motion. Movant may file a reply within 30 days from the date of service of the answer to the 2255 Motion. Movant's letter addressed to the Clerk of Court #2 , which was docketed as a Motion to Excuse Additional Pages, is granted in part and denied in part as discussed above. The Clerk of Court is directed to send Movant a copy of his 2255 Motion. Movant's Motion for Evidentiary Hearing and Appointment of Counsel #4 is denied without prejudice. Movant's Application for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis #5 is denied as moot. The matter is referred to Magistrate Judge Camille D.
