ORDER: Plaintiff must file evidence of service (or acceptance of service) on all persons known to Plaintiff to be (or asserting to Plaintiff to be) statutory beneficiaries under the applicable wrongful death statute, of copies of: (a) the then-operative complaint; and (b) this Order. Such service must be made in accordance with either Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(d) or 4(e) or Arizona Rule of Civil Procedure 4.2(c) or 4.2(d), and proof of completed service (or acceptance of service) must be filed on or before August 8, 2023. Any statutory beneficiaries wishing to appear herein to participate with regard to the determination of damages must file a motion for limited intervention, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 24, within 30 days of such service. Any motions seeking to dismiss, substitute parties, or other relief on the basis that Plaintiff is not authorized by the applicable wrongful death statute to serve as plaintiff herein, must be filed by the later within 14 days of the movants appearance herein.
