On July 29, 2005, this Courtgranted the Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File Amended Reply. The Amended Reply was filedJuly 29, 2005. The Motion to Amend/Correct Reply (document 43) is DENIED AS MOOT.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that within 10 days of the filing date of this Order, theparties shall file a status report regarding di sposition of the Third-Party Complaint filed byTransgroup against Road-e-o and Road-e-o's Counterclaim against Transgroup.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 54b, the Clerk of theCourt shall enter an Amended Judgment for KPX against Transgroup in the amount of$7,946.00.
