Amended Complaint must be filed by 9/25/08 and shall serve it on dfts within 30 days of the filing date of the Amended Complai nt. The Clerk of the Court is directed to DISMISS all claims and close this case without further notice to Plaintiff if she fails to file Amended Complaint by 9/25/08. If Plaintiff files an Amended Complaint but fails to serve it within 30 days of its filing date, the Court shall dismiss the Amended Complaint.
