Northwest Hospital's 98 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim is GRANTED. The claims against it and Northwest Hospital are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE from this action. University Medical Center's 99 Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED. The claims against it and University Medical Center are DISMISSED WITH PREJ UDICE from this action. University Medical Center's 100 Motion for Joinder is GRANTED. Sonora Behavioral Health Hospital's 101 Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED. The claims against it and Sonora Behavioral Health Hospital are DISMISSE D WITH PREJUDICE from this action. Corondelet Health Network's 102 Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED. The claims against it and Corondelet Health Network are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE from this action. Community Partnership of Southern Arizona& #039;s 117 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim is GRANTED IN PART. The constitutional claims against Community Partnership of Southern Arizona are DISMISSED WITH LEAVE TO AMEND.
