September 30, 2014	Filing 34 ORDER: IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiffs 25 Opening Brief is GRANTED. The Commissioners decision is REVERSED and REMANDED. Upon remand, the Appeals Council will remand the case back to an ALJ with instructions to issue a new decision regarding Plaintif fs eligibility for disability insurance benefits prior to 12/27/09. The ALJ will give consideration to the lay witness testimony, give further consideration to all of the pre-December 27, 2009 medical records, reassess Plaintiffs credibility in light of Ninth Circuit precedent, and call a vocational expert to testify at any re-hearing, if necessary.
