November 30, 2016 Opinion or Order Filing 104 AMENDED ORDER that Defendants' Motions to Dismiss (Docs. 52 , 54 , 57 , 76 ) are GRANTED. It is further Ordered that Defendant Securaplane's Motion for Order Declaring Michael Leon a Vexatious Litigant (Doc. 63 ) is GRANTED. It is further Ordered that all Plaintiff's motions (Docs. 68 , 73 , 77 , 79 , 82 , 84 , and 86 ) are DENIED. All other motions are denied as moot. It is further Ordered finding that the Plaintiff is a vexatious litigant, and the Clerk of the Court shall designate him as such for the purpose of tracking any future filings by him in this Court. The Plaintiff's in forma pauperis status is revoked for purposes of any appeal taken in this case, and Plaintiff is denied in forma paupe ris status for all future filings in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. It is further Ordered THAT PLAINTIFF SHALL FILE A COPY OF THIS ORDER WITH ANY FUTURE FILING HE MAKES IN THIS COURT OR ANY OTHER COURT OF LAW. It is further Ordered that the Clerk of the Court shall enter Judgment against the Plaintiff, with prejudice as to all claims. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if Leon wishes to file an action alleging claims under the False Claims Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, or Title VII, or seeks in forma pauperis status for future filings in this District, Leon may seek permission from this Court.
