May 1, 2017	Filing 30 ORDER: IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's 23 Motion for Attorney Fees pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act ("EAJA"), 28 USC ' 2412(d) (see also Doc. 24 (Supporting Memorandum)) is GRANTED in part to the extent that Plaintiff shall be awarded $6,258.30 in attorney's fees pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act. The Motion is DENIED as to all other requests. If, after receiving this Order, the Commissioner: determines upon effectuation of this Order that Plai ntiff does not owe a debt that is subject to offset under the Treasury Offset Program, the fees shall be made payable to Plaintiff's attorney. If a debt is owed under the Treasury Offset Program, then the remaining EAJA fees after offset shall be paid by a check made payable to Plaintiff's attorney.
