Filing 5 ORDER granting 2 Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis and the Complaint (Doc. 1 ) shall be filed. It is further Ordered that the Clerk of the Court shall date the Complaint as filed on the day that the Clerk of the Court received it. It is further Ordered that the Complaint (Doc. 1 ) is dismissed for failure to state a claim. It is further Ordered that Plaintiff is granted leave to file an Amended Complaint no later than 7/7/2017. It is further Ordered that in the event Plainti ff fails to file an Amended Complaint on or before 7/7/2017 as required by this Order, the Clerk of the Court shall enter a judgment of dismissal without prejudice and close this case without further direction from the Court (see attached Order for complete details).
