Filing 74 ORDER The Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 63 ) filed by American Airlines, Inc. is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. Summary judgment is awarded in favor of American Airlines, Inc., and against Plaintiffs as to Count III, the claim for Intenti onal Infliction of Emotional Distress. Summary judgment is denied as to all other claim. The Court's Order that the parties are to submit a Joint Pretrial Statement/Proposed Order within 30 days of the date of a ruling on dispositive motions, see 2/26/2018 Order (Doc. 53 ), is modified pending resolution of additional discovery as discussed in the Order addressing the Motion for Leave to Supplement Summary Judgment Record with Newly Discovered Evidence.
