Plaintiff William Martin's claim for breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing (Count Three) and claim for conversion (Count Four) are dismissed with preju dice. The Motion is granted to the extent that Defendant Weed, Inc.'s claim for fraudulent nondisclosure is dismissed without prejudice.
