It is further ordered that Petitioner's Amended Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2254 (Doc. 6 ) is dismissed with prejudice. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment accordingly and close this c ase. Pursuant to Rule 11 of the Rules Governing Section 2254 Cases, that the Court declines to issue a certificate of appealability, because reasonable jurists would not find the Court's ruling debatable.
