It is further Ordered that if Plaintiffs fail to either file the Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs (Long Form) or pay the $400 filing within 5 days of this Order being filed, the Clerk of the Court shall enter judgment in this case without further notice.
