ORDER FOR PAYMENT OF INMATE FILING FEE: IT IS ORDERED The Director of the Arizona Department of Corrections or designee must forward to the Clerk of Court the initial partial filing fee of $87.41. The Director of the Arizona Department of Corrections or designee must notify Clerk in writing when Plaintiff is released or transferred to a correctional institution other than the Arizona State Prison Complex-Tucson. Clerk of Court must serve by mail a copy of this Order on the Director of the Arizona Department of Corrections, 1601 W Jefferson, Phoenix, Arizona, 85007, and forward a copy of this Order to Financial Administration for the Tucson Division of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
