Plaintiff has 30 days from the date this Order is filed to file a second amended complaint in compliance with this Order. If Plaintiff fails to comply, the Clerk of Court must, without further notice, enter a judgment of dismissal of this action with prejudice that states that the dismissal may count as a "strike" under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g) and deny any pending unrelated motions as moot. March 16, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 6 ORDER FOR PAYMENT OF INMATE FILING FEE: IT IS ORDERED The Director of the Arizona Department of Corrections or his/her designee must collect $350 filing fee from Plaintiff's trust account in monthly payments of 20% of the preceding month's income credited to the account. Payments to be forwarded to the Clerk of Court each time the amount in the account exceeds $10. Payments must be clearly identified by the name and number assigned to this action. The Director of the Arizona Department of Corrections or designee must notify the Clerk in writing when Plaintiff is released or transferred to a correctional institution other than the Arizona State Prison Complex-Yuma. Clerk must serve by mail a copy of this Order on the Director of the Arizona Department of Corrections, 1601 West Jefferson, Phoenix, Arizona, 85007, and must forward a copy to The Clerk of Court must forward a copy of this Order to Financial Administration for the Tucson Division of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
