The Motion is granted to the extent that Plaintiff has until August 2, 2020 to file an amended complaint in compliance with the June 2, 2020 Order. In all other respects, the Motion is denied. If Plaintiff fails to file an amended complaint before August 2, 2020, the Clerk of Court must enter a judgment of dismissal of this action without prejudice and without further notice to Plaintiff and deny any pending unrelated motions as moot.
