ORDER Petitioner, Bogdan Radu, and Respondent, Persephone Johnson Shon, are prohibited from removing the children or causing the children to be removed from the jurisdiction of this Court, pending final disposition of the above-referenced Petition for Return. Respondent shall appear before this Court for an initial hearing on 7/15/2020 at 01:30 PM before Judge Rosemary Marquez. If Respondent either fails to appear or removes the children or causes the children to be removed from the jurisdiction of this Court, the Court may issue a warrant for the arrest of Respondent. At the time of the hearing, Respondent shall surrender any passports, current EU ID cards, and other travel documents for the children that are in her possession, custody, or control, to be held for safe- keeping by this Court.
