The #1 Complaint is dismissed for failure to comply. Plaintiff has 30 days from the date this Order is filed to file a first amended complaint in compliance with this Order. Failure to comply will result in a judgment of dismissal of this action without prejudice, without further notice to Plaintiff and denial of any pending unrelated motions as moot.
