ORDER: IT IS ORDERED Plaintiffs Juan Carlos Ledezma, Alberto Santana-Cabrera, Jose Galiany Cruz, and Andres Ruiz Huertas are dismissed from this action. Plaintiff De Jesus's #3 Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis is DENIED without prejudice. Within 30 days of the date this Order is filed, Plaintiff De Jesus must either pay $350 filing fee and $50 administrative fee, or file a complete Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis and a certified 6-month trust account statement. The #1 Complaint is dismissed with leave to amend. Plaintiff has 30 days to file an amended complaint asserting only his claims. Failure to comply by Plaintiff De Jesus, will result in a judgment of dismissal of this action without prejudice, without further notice to Plaintiff and denial of any pending unrelated motions as moot. Plaintiff's #4 Motion to Appoint Counsel is DENIED without prejudice.
