Rivera-Fuentes' sentence of imprisonment is reduced to time served EFFECTIVE AS OF THE DATE OF THIS ORDER. The Clerk of Court shall enter judgment in the civil case and shall then close its file in Cause No. CV 21-026. The Clerk of Court shall enter an amended judgment in the criminal case.
