Filing 12 ORDER that this case is severed into individual actions, one for each named Plaintiff. The Clerk of Court must assign a new case number to each new individual action. The Clerk of Court must file a copy of the Complaint and this Order in each new case. The rulings in this Order shall apply in each new case. Within 30 days, each Plaintiff, in her individual case, must either pay the $350.00 filing fee and $52.00 administrative fee or file, a complete Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis. If a Plaintiff fails to either pay or file a complete Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis in her new case, the Clerk of Court must enter a judgment of dismissal of her action without prejudice and without further notice and deny any pending unrelated motions as moot. If a Plaintiff fails to file within 30 days, the Clerk of Court must enter a judgment of dismissal of that action without prejudice and without further notice and deny any pending unrelated motions as moot. The Clerk of Court must close this case and enter judgment accordingly. Plaintiffs' Motion for Temporary Restraining Order (Doc. #3 ), and Applications to Proceed In Forma Pauperis (Docs. #2 , #4 , and #5 ) are denied without prejudice.
