Filing 6 ORDER IT IS ORDERED: Plaintiff's October 11, 2022 Motion to Letter/Address the Court For Both Fed. Cases in Fed. Court (Doc. #4 ) is denied. Plaintiff's October 21, 2022 Letter to the Court (Doc. #5 ) is granted in part as to Plaintiff's requests for a response to the letter and an extension of time to comply with the September 30, 2022 Order. The Court will give Plaintiff an additional 30 days to comply with the September 30 Order. In all other respects, the Letter to the Court is denied. Within 30 days of the date this Order is filed, Plaintiff must either pay the $350.00 filing fee and $52.00 administrative fee or file a complete Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis and a certified six-month trust account statement. If Plaintiff fails to either pay the $350.00 filing fee and $52.00 administrative fee or file a complete Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis within 30 days, the Clerk of Court must enter a judgment of dismissal of this action without prejudice and without further notice to Plaintiff and deny any pending unrelated motions as moot. Plaintiff has 30 days from the date this Order is filed to file a first amended complaint in compliance with this Order. If Plaintiff fails to file an amended complaint within 30 days, the Clerk of Court must, without further notice, enter a judgment of dismissal of this action without prejudice and deny any pending unrelated motions as moot.
