ORDER: IT IS ORDRERED Plaintiff's Emergency Motion to Stay All Proceedings in CV-22-00137-RCC(BGM) is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART (Doc. 91). Plaintiff's Motion to Defer Ruling is DENIED (Doc. 90). The Court will extend the Temporary Restraining Order entered by the Pima County Superior Court until thirty days from the date of this Order. See Rodriguez v. Selene Finance LP, Case No. C20220965, Minute Entry (Pima Cty. Super. Ct. March 15, 2022). As a temporary restraining order may not be issued without imposition of a bond or other security upon the applicant, Fed. R. Civ. P. 65(c), the Court finds there is no evidence Defendants will suffer damages from the injunction and, therefore, finds in its discretion, that a bond of $0 is appropriate. Connecticut General Life Ins. Co. v. New Images of Beverly Hills, 321 F.3d 878, 882 (9th Cir. 2003) (the amount of a bond may be set at zero if there is no evidence the party will suffer damages from the injunction). The referral to Magistrate Judge Bruce G Macdonald is withrawn in CV-22-00137-RCC (BGM). All future proceedings shall bear the Case No. CV-22-00137-RCC.
