ORDER: IT IS ORDERED, Plaintiff's #2 Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Within 30 days of the date this Order is filed, Plaintiff must either pay $350 filing fee and $52 administrative fee or file a complete Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis and a certified 6-month trust account statement (or institutional equivalent). Failure to comply will result in a judgment of dismissal of this action without prejudice, without further notice to Plaintiff and denial of any pending unrelated motions as moot.
