ORDER IT IS ORDERED: Petitioner's motion for an extension of time to comply with the March 13, 2023 Order (Doc. #4 ) is granted. Petitioner is granted until May 1, 2023 to either pay the $5.00 filing fee or file a complete Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis. If Petitioner fails to either pay the $5.00 filing fee or file a complete Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis by May 1, 2023, the Clerk of Court must enter a judgment of dismissal of this action without prejudice and without further notice to Petitioner. Petitioner is granted until May 1, 2023 to file an amended 2241 petition in compliance with the March 13, 2023 Order.
