Defendants Matyjasik, Huie, Kamerzel, and Bartlett are dismissed without prejudice.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff may file an amended complaint curing the deficiencies addressed in this Order within thirty (30) days of the date this Order is filed.
